Heritage Bicycles strives to deliver extraordinary customer service. Therefore, we will accept any and all returns and exchanges (except custom-made bicycles) WITHOUT ASKING QUESTIONS!
Should you desire to exchange your product, please include a note in the shipping box detailing preferred size, color, style, etc. Mail to below address.
Should you desire to simply return your product for a refund, please mail back product to below address with original receipt. We will then issue a full-refund.
