Daisy - Mixte Bicycle

  • Daisy is our flagship bicycle off the Heritage line of bikes. Made of American steel, welded here in Chicago, Daisy is a modern day tribute to retro bicycles made Stateside years ago. This design is a great mix of the traditional step-through and diamond frame bicycles.

    Available in various colors, sizes, and speeds, you will be sure to design your bike for your ride

    Daisy is named after the cow who was part of a reporter's fabricated story on the cause of the great Chicago's fire started in 1871. Norman Rockwell named the cow Daisy, as did many others, in his painting titled, Mrs. Catherine O'Leary Milking Daisy.

    Even if Daisy was to blame for this horrific event, the rebuilding that began almost immediately spurred Chicago's development into one of the most populous and economically important American cities and not to mention architecturally beautiful and renowned.

    {Well...it looks like Daisy didn't do something so bad after all! We are hoping this Daisy is the start of building something great as well!}
